The architecture in Bath is simply stunning. It’s hard not to stand and stare at it - it is that beautiful. The cathedral, with it’s ladders on which the angels are climbing - well except one — to heaven, the Roman Baths, even the storefronts...More

Brought some friends here recently who were over from the states and they loved it. Very refreshing to get out of London and get to see a slice of real England. Plenty to do and see in a small area.

Wallking in Bath is like being transported to another time. Everything is calm, and alive. The streets are clean and the store fronts are delightful.

Because there is some times a large queu for entering the Roman Bath Museum, the square is a popular area for performance artists. The sound of music instruments is well reflected from the surrounding buildings. You can enjoy it from the terraces

Shopping and restaurants everywhere. Not to big crowds but active. Human statutes and jugglers prevail. When in Bath England can't miss this street (mall)

Pretty much the heart of the city. Historical area with great shops along the way and runs right into the Bath Abby. At the time we visited Bath there was a lively Xmas market on this street and it was a fun and festive event.
