Like someone else has also pointed out... Was in for a friend's 30th spent over £300 and was booked in from 6-9pm. Also asked to leave after 8pm because rule breaking again absolute lies. I would assume they just wanted people out to get more people in. Absolutely horrendous place and none of us will be returning.

Having been drinking here as a regular since it opened, the current front of house staff seriously need to learn how to talk to people.
Having been left stood waiting at the entrance for over 10 mins, the young girl saw us, ignored us and walked away. We checked in using the app, walked in and sat at the first table. With a serious attitude problem she approached us and asked us to go back outside to then get a different table.
So basically she wanted to humiliate regulars to make us go back outside. When I told her that we had waited patiently I got rolled eyes and snorted at, hence we left and I have no idea if and when we’ll be back. Such a shame as the cocktails are fab here!
Oh how I miss the days of Casper and Knight rider, those guys made Rosie and Tom proud for their customer service skills.

Blind Tiger - Blind Robbery more like it. Me and my friends used to come here a few years back but they kept increasing the prices and just priced us out. I went in here last night to see a band, it's got worse. They don't accept cash (barmaid lied and said it's always been like that, it hasn't I used to pay cash), I'm assuming they sneaked on a service charge for pouring two pints at the bar since it cost £11.55 - that doesn't divide into 2, so service charge for doing the bare minimum of your job and not even informing me that this would be tacked onto the cost (didn't show up on the till screen facing me either, it was just a payment figure).
Once we got around 50% down the pint, we were pestered and pestered if we wanted more drinks, the girl must have asked nearly half a dozen times. The venue is supposed to represent prohibition times, it's anything but secret with the front lit up like a christmas tree and don't accept cash. Any business that refuses cash will never ever get my custom again, i simply refuse to deal with businesses like this.

Made a booking with friends months ago as something to look forward to. When we arrived we had to wait ten minutes for our table which we didn’t mind. Once it was ready staff took us over but then swapped us with another group that were already seated. There was no cleaning in between this, and we had to squeeze onto a table that would comfortably fit four adults at a push and not our group of five. When asked if anything could be done, staff were not very helpful and said the best they could do is find a stool for one of us to sit on. This resulted in one of us having to sit on a stool in the walk way right by the entrance. The reason we could not move onto the larger empty tables around us was due to large bookings coming in, but none of these bookings turned up during the sixty minutes we stayed for. Drinks were ok, but we only stayed for one. Picnic bench at spoons was much more comfortable.

Way overpriced £4.50 for a 330ml can of Neck Oil!
We all know cocktails are expensive but even Waitrose only charge £2.10 for the same can!! Staff were miserable, rude & abrupt. Certainly no customer service was available on the day we visited. Will never return which I'm sure will put a smile on the staff faces!!

Very dark inside, table service only. I asked the waitress which beers they had, she rudely replied Read the menu? I told her I couldn’t see the menu as it was so dark! It took us 28 minutes from being seated for our drinks to arrive. Over £10 for two bottles of beer.

Biggest negative for me is they advertise a schooner as one of the measures for beer, with a price between a half and a pint. But they plainly do not know what a schooner is. I'd ordered a schooner of Asahi but it arrived in a large half pint glass with a half pint line on it. If the glass had been full I would have gone along with it I guess, but the beer was poured exactly up to the half pint line so it was basically a half. The man who bought the beer to us was rather abrupt in his explanation showing the line and pointing out the glass was more than a half pint. We were celebrating my wife's 60th in Shrewsbury so did not want to make a fuss. Found out later that her cocktail from a pump tasted of chemicals. Will not go there again.

Was in here Last Sunday for drinks after a managers meal and got served by Henry, he was great then.. but because of the service we received last week I returned with some friends for a few Sunday night drinks, and Henry was better than ever! From drink recommendation to funny jokes to fun competitions to just complete personalised service to each table...he is a complete asset to this company! From a hospitality manager to another... he is a keeper!! ❤

Large & dimly-lit, this is not the place to go if you're looking for decent craft beer. The selection on keg was fairly dismal. It's more of a cocktail joint, if that's what your looking for. No place for a quiet chat either, as there's quite loud music pumped out constantly. All right as it goes, but not my sort of place.

This place offers simply sublime cocktails. Not your sugar filled, Syrupy, sickly sweet cocktails. Proper cocktails 1920’s speakeasy style. One of the first places we want to go post meal in town and practically AlWAYS where we end our evening. Staff are ace, cocktails are excellent and service and cleanliness is good. We visited in between lockdowns and their service and efforts to make sure people are safe were good. We will forever return here.
