Lovely old pub with stunning views over Sheffield. Bit off the beaten track but worth the detour. Would visit again.

Good ale and a brass band belting out carols - great night enjoyed by many. There are carols every week in December and it's a great place to hear and sing them.

A very pleasant experience. Warm and friendly greeting, smart and efficient staff, excellent meal and good choice of drinks. All of this in a lovely setting. Cannot find fault with this venue, and can highly recommend it.
