I stopped in in a tour of Sheffield. I was amazed at the stained glass in the cathedral. There appeared to be different color saturation levels which could have been from different times the glass was put in.

Well worth a visit and easily accessed from the city centre. Beautiful architecture and windows. The Shrewsbury Chapel was interesting and poignant.

Interesting Cathedral, that is not too big. Lots of history, attractive architecture and wonderful acoustics...attend a service of worship or a concert to experience the best of this cathedral and its music.

We visited the cathedral for the first time this week. We were immediately impressed by the architecture. Inside is a mix of old and new. The older sections have been maintained and refreshed in recent years, whilst the newer section still feels in keeping with...More
