The gardens are a relaxing spot beside the River Thames, Well worth a visit at any time of the year. Very popular with families and the facilities are quite good. Great views of all the different activity on the river.

Excellent park that is owned and managed by Reading Council, located by the River Thames. There is a tearoom selling refreshments. Great place for a pic nic. Park opens at 8am and closes at dusk.
