It is the best bookshop in and around London. It has truly maintained its standards and its aura over decades, unlike the Blackwell branch and Foyles in London (increasingly limited on-shelf stock/monthly subscription/staff assistance). Other than maybe Heffers in Cambridge, this is the best bookshop in the UK. They have a huge selection on everything but the most niche of subjects. Keep an eye out for their author talks too which can include some big names.
