The Bear Tavern is a small and a fantastical small pub in Oxford that serves up beers, wines and spirits. Very friendly people and really enjoyed the experience. Great place to pop in for a drink.

We always stop here for a pint (or two) in this small, quaint, off the beaten path pub behind Christ Church College. We did not eat here this time, but have done so in the past and found the pub good to be good. Definitely...More

Stopped in for a pint in this crooked, old building with an outdoor seating area. Beer options were limited but good. Did not have any food but great pop in spot for refreshments.

A small and cozy Fullers pub with the quality and range of drinks you would expect from that. The outdoor area is possibly larger than the pub interior but is not as cozy.

This is one of the oldest pubs in the land. The interior is adorned with old school and club ties. It was a cold November day while we savoured the mulled wine as I scoured the displays for a Fifth Dinner Club tie.

Small rooms serviced by a semi-circled bar with excellent choice of cask beers, albeit over priced, but that might be your price of admission to view history.
