Back in Nottingham after many years we had to visit the Trip again. It was a sunny day so we sat outside with a view of the castle. Had lunch, food was good. Service friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Nice pint in a traditional and historic pub. Staff and other clientele all nice people. Said to be the oldest pub in England.

It was nice to stop and see such an old establishment. The beer was good and we had duck nachos which were good. Full of character and surprises. Walk around and check the place out to see all the little touches.

Visited one evening and grabbed beer and burger. Great beer choice in a quirky location under the castle walls. Burger top rate for a pub and service quick

This is set in the walls of the cliff with quaint rooms, good beer and friendly staff. There is plenty of room to sit outside on a warm day.

Don’t ever go to Nottingham and miss a trip to The Trip. It would be a shame to tell you all about it, just go and see for your self

I'm sorry, Neil, I was on foot so I don't know. The employees at the pub were incredibly helpful though and I'm sure they would be more than happy to help if you called. Amy
