Just visited today and had a really nice lunch with scone and clotted cream / jam. Really friendly staff. Didn't see the animals but have seen them before and they are all really cute - a nice visit for families. Great garden shopping also :)

Went here with kids aged from 7 to 14, all of whom loved to see, touch and feed the animals. Good atmosphere and plenty of space for the kids to play.

Hi. You can pay on card, it may have been that the card machine was not working that day but the staff should have let you in as that is our policy.
