This place is stunning and centre stage for the town. The building was clad in scaffolding to undertake repair but this has gone revealing the building once more. If you are close take a look in the courtyard at the lovely statues there depicting people...More

This place is stunning and centre stage for the town. Note the new build has scaffolding but does not detract from the beauty of the old build. do not just walk by stop and enjoy the beauty of the gothic building.

It was lovely to revisit the scene of my greatest academic achievement. Outside is even more stunning, especially as the artificial light illuminates so much more. Inside an historic and wonderfully maintained reminder of our past.

This year's Xmas party was held at the guild hall. Lovely venue. Great facilities for a party. Decorated well. And we had no complaints about the meal. Or indeed anything.

A truly beautiful building, recollecting Northampton's more prosperous past at the center of the shoe-making industry. Magnificent architecture, impressive stone carvings and many paintings, coats of arms and other memorabilia recalling hundreds of years of the town's history and its mayors and officials. To get...More
