We visited a Food Fare here and enjoyed a great day in spectacular surroundings. Althorp is not open every day and there is a charge to visit the home. If you like Stately Homes then this is for you.

We loved everything about Althorp, the house was stunning and the gardens WOW. The Diana memorial was a beautiful fitting family tribute. The café was good and the delicious cakes were amazing with the pot of tea

always worth a visit when there is an event on....support local trading in Northampton. A good variety and as Althorp is limited opening is always a good opportunity to visit.

Visited this place few months ago with some guests from India.The house has a large grounds. The house tour was not well guided . The highlight was the Oval- Diane's resting place.

No, you cannot cross the lake. You may sit on a bench and view the island from the grounds
