We went to the Chocolate Story as we had free entry included in our hotel package. It’s probably not an attraction we would normally have visited as it seemed expensive for four adult admissions. Having said that it is really worth the money if you...More

Enjoyed my visit to the chocolate factory which has lots of interactions and things for visitors to do and more importantly taste. Meg was our guide who was very good despite us having a difficult child in our group, she handled the disturbance well. I...More

I think the title sums this up - too many people, not very good staff, a santa that didn't seem to really be interested in children and lots of badly thought through details. Avoid going here for santa.

We enjoyed hearing about the origins of chocolate, all the chocolate tastings as we went along and finally getting to make our own chocolate lolly - big kids at heart

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Meg took our tour, explained the history of chocolate and even allowed us to make chocolate lollies. Plenty of interaction, meg answered all questions and was a mine of information. Tours are at set times, so best to book

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. It's very interesting to hear the history in such a fun way. If you buy the booklet for £4.95 you get a discount on the Hot Chocolate in the cafe at the end of the tour.

My wife and I did the 4pm Saturday 24th November tour. We initially booked for the Santa tour (who doesn’t like to meet Santa right?) however the website doesn’t distinguish between adults and kids however no worries (just to avoid people making the same mistake)...More

Per person. You don’t pay for the parking. Just pay the driver for a return ticket per person when you board.
