A great tour round the history of chocolate with plenty of samples throughout. We got to make chocolate lollies to take home included in the tour price. Informative and friendly staff. The gift shop at the end of the tour can get very crowded

I think the title sums this up - too many people, not very good staff, a santa that didn't seem to really be interested in children and lots of badly thought through details. Avoid going here for santa.

We recently taken our grandchildren out to two chocolate factories one at Bournville and now York. York is far more children friendly. We had a room with a chocolate hunt in cupboard and all corners of the room. The education side is better for younger...More

Per person. You don’t pay for the parking. Just pay the driver for a return ticket per person when you board.
