The park is lovely and green. the play area has good equipment including the popular zip line and obstacle course. there are enough swings for children to get their turns with little waiting time. The play area is dog free which is what i need...More

I love this park in all seasons. It's glorious. I run through it in summer,laze out on a picnic blanket & watch the ducklings, then in winter take the dog through the mud, collect conkers & pine cones. I often talk to the park keepers...More

A great place to have a coffee and cake in a library as well. Came recommended and wasn't disappointed

As a tourist city for a free outing for the family Rowntree park is fantastic ,kids playground table tennis tables,amaze ,wild life,tennis courts. and a really great cafe where you sit on the balcony looking over the park.Caravan park next to the park.

It looked great and had table tennis tables and water, but closed at 5.30pm. This was a real shame for someone like me who wanted a pleasant walk around the park after work.

We walked miles around the park , its full of squirrels , ducks and Geese, on a hot day it would be lovely you could spend hours there relaxing

I don't think this a question, more of a statement. And having used toilets in India, I doubt Rooftrees Park can hold a candle to those, you had to hold your breath while using them. Still it is not what I would expect to... More

Hi - I have never seen a barbecue being used here and there isn't a special area.

If you park in Hospital Fields (on a Saturday or Sunday) you can park on the road for free and access the park near the Millennium Bridge. Hope that helps.
