Went here on a day out last year and loved it. This is a glorious old building that has some lovely old rooms that are as far as i am aware kept in the manner they were build in during the Georgian period.
We have previously visited Fairfax House when it has been traditionally dressed for Christmas, but on this occasion, we were particularly impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the room guides, who clearly love the house and love sharing their knowledge with the visitors.
