I have been visiting Cinema City for many years. I feel that customer service is no longer important to them. I have been dealt with, in my recent visits, by staff who are downright rude to those with no interest whatsoever in the customer. Why...More

Gorgeous building. This really is gem of a cinema. Lovely bar with high ceilings. Didnt use restaurant but looks good. Friendly staff. Only minor issue is that chairs are a little on the narrow size. Lovely evening.

We went to watch The Children Act and what a great cinema. Became a member to get discounts. A much nicer atmosphere than a normal cinema and not lots of people eating and drinking loudly during the film. We will be back soon.

We were shopping in Norwich and booked a table for lunch. The service was excellent and friendly, we asked to move from the restaurant to the outside which we did with ease. We had salmon and cream cheese sandwiches which were great.

A fine cinema, small and quirky and not one where noisy kids visit, so worth it’s weight in gold. Clean and tidy cinema.
