We visited Interlude in Chapelfield gardens to see the Lost in Translation circus. Brilliant venue. Safe , socially distanced. Well stocked bar with tables to sit at before the show. Well organised and the show was so good. Family fun delivered by a small group of talented entertainers. The arts need our support right now and it was great to do something fun!…

I phoned and spoke about getting a refund for the show that was cancelled. I'm still waiting to hear from the manager who was supposed to call me back, or email. How long does it take to make a decision for refunding customers?.

Waiting to hear what will be offered to customers who have purchased tickets for shows that have been cancelled due to the corona virus. . It would be bad publicity for the Norwich Royal Theatre to keep all the ticket revenue they have had regardless of the terms and conditions. If shows are cancelled for the next few weeks or even months and no refunds or credit towards a future show are offered then questions will be asked.…
