Visited today. Was well laid out, interactive, and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed. Needs at least 4 hours to really take everything in. Staff was informative and friendly. Super to understand the history of Norwich both from an industrial and historical perspective. Thank you

This is a great little museum tucked away in the lanes. Allow around 2 hours max to soak up the information and listen to the real voices of yester-year. From the fascinating history of Norwich's past link with cloth and shoes, this is a nice...More

I first visited the museum for free during the Heritage Open Days 2017 - a brief drop in between other events. Loved it and meant to go back much sooner than I did! Note - you can visit the shop for free - there’s an...More

This is a great museum. Very friendly, helpful staff. With Norwich being such a old city here is a lot of very interesting history packed in!

In the City centre, but tucked away, it's easy to miss, but I do urge you to hunt it out. It tells the story of Norwich, a 'fine city' by all accounts, as they say in these parts. And it is true, and a good...More

This was well worth a visit and we could have stayed longer but it closed at 4.30pm. There was a great variation of exhibits and lots of hands on things and inter active exhibits as well as short films. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend...More

This used to be a very boring place to visit but the revamp a few years ago has brought this museum up to a ‘must see’ not just for visitors to Norwich but for the locals also. Absolutely loved it.
