Doesn't get too busy, even at sunset. Don't know why people would complain about the 'dirty water', you're not meant to swim in it. I live in London and go here often for sunset.

This is a lovely little fountain with a beautiful sculpture of a dolphin and a girl. A nice place to sit by the river which includes great views of Tower Bridge, The Shard and The Thames - a good picture opportunity!

I adore this fountain. When I was there the water was clean and it was a beautiful day (see photo). It was quite busy and the hotel's facilities are not cheap but this is right next to Tower Bridge and the river so a great...More

The green water in which the statue stands is quite off putting. The statue itself is nice enough but not worth making a special trip. We came across it whilst walking along the Thames Path from Tower Bridge to Canary Wharf.

The fountain is pretty but not spectacular. We walked by a couple times on our way from the hotel to the Tower. The view of the Tower Bridge from the fountain is nice. There are places right by it with outdoor seating to buy food...More

This is a pretty statue in fairly calm fountain next to the Tower Bridge. You can walk all around it and the best photo shot is with the Tower bridge in the background (I think). There are a number of places to eat or snack...More

The picture of the Girl with the Dolphin fountain with Tower Bridge in the background is quite iconic scene of London. Fountain was designed, in 1973, by David Wynne. Situated just a short distance from St Katherine’s Pier it worth stopping here for a quick...More

Happened upon this as we strolled along the South bank. Hubby was taking shots as usual and managed to get a gorgeous shot of this fountain with Tower Bridge in the background. Easy to find if girls being held by dolphins is your thing

This is an attractive statue and fountain just North East of Tower Bridge, on the riverfront in front of the Tower Hotel. You can get a good photo with Tower bridge and The Shard framed behind the fountain.

The girl with a dolphine fountain is situated just by tower bridge on the north side of the river. It makes for a great picture with tower bridge as a backdrop and the shard to (if you angle it right) if your passing through as...More

Hello. It is not a major attraction but if you are staying nearby I would recommend you take a look. It is nothing but a small fountain just by the Thames and overlooking the Tower Bridge. It is a nice spot to take pictures... More
