When you visit London you definitely have to see the Notting hill carnival. They have carebbian spirit, street food, drinks etc. Great dancers around, nice costumes. You can take pictures with the people dancing around. :-)

The Notting Hill Carnival adds rhythm to the holiday weekend. Costumes and cocktails shake up the entertainment and dancers groove to the music. Tip: Go early to avoid the crowds and Sunday is family day!
