Yes there are lifts. It is s very busy station so you may have to wait a short while. Enjoy your trip to London

I am sorry but I don’t think there are any lift access from underground to Victoria station and only normal non moving stairs maybe you would be better taking the bus or coach as it stops very near the Victoria station and... More
