Unprofessional baristas who do not accommodate paying customers. For example, I was not allowed to take a short cut through the open style counter in order to reach a free table. Next, despite staff standing behind all sides of the counter, I was not allowed...More

Called into here on a recent trip to London. Wow it is huge, in fact I think there were 6 floors to this Waterstones store. Well worth a visit when looking for a special book.

6 levels of books. My kids (15, 13, 11, 10) went there 4 times during our 8 days in London. Well worth a look if you love books!
