Surprisingly the Primark store in Uni of Oxford is much better than the London Oxford Circus street store. I found it much more organised and the staff helpful in searching out the items. Whatever I wanted was available neatly organised in racks. And there was...More

Big store. Lots of various items. Lots of Harry Potter items. Free bathrooms. I think they also had WiFi but I don't remember for sure.

So Day 3 & 4 of my stay in London; I just rode the Red Busses at will. I stopped at budget store, Primark in Oxford Street. One can get amazing clothing items under £10 as gifts and/ or souvenirs. I was pleasantly surprised and...More

A haven for Harry Potter fans as there is a huge collection of home and clothing stuff here. To be honest most of the Gryffindor stuff was not available i.e. towels, mugs, stationery. If your'e after Harry Potter stuff this shop is a must !!

Amazing selection of merchandise (clothing, candles, pyjamas etc.) for every fan. The ceiling looks like the great hall which is cool and it doesn't matter what age you are. However it can get overwhelming because of how busy it gets.

We went to this Primark just for the happy potter section and weren't disappointed. Make sure you go in the Tottenham court road entrance, not the main one on Oxford street if it's Harry potter that you want. It wasn't too busy when we were...More

This is one of the best Primark stores that I have visited: the selection of items; the pricing; the fact that they offer the appropriate forms for reclamation of VAT by non-UK visitors all make shopping here a delight.

I don’t know what to say about primark. It’s just the best! You don’t find the best quality but the quality is not the worst either. Prices are just amazing and the variety is endless! Sizes too! They have something for everyone. What I love...More

I am extremely unhappy at the treatment I received at the cashier 6, when I shopped at the Primark at Oxford street on 10th February 2017 at about 5.35pm.Upon paying with a debit card, she asked me for further id confirmation. My question is what are the criteria customers are picked for identity verification? I looked around me, nobody was subjected to the treatment I had.I offered another credit card to show my signature, the cashier declined. She wanted a photo verification. As a foreigner, I offered my country's identification card with my name and photo. She refused. A closer examination will have determined my name and photo. Finally she accepted my initial credit card signature which she declined inintially. I feel humiliated at this experience. I am a woman in the 60's and I am strongly convinced I do not look like someone likely to be involved in any credit card scam. Why am I targeted? Is there any racial biases in your selection of customers for racial verification. I demand an apology immediately failing which I will pursue this matter further.
