This is by far the easiest way to get to the City. Trains run every 15 minutes or so and take you directly to/from Paddington Station, without stopping. From there, you can take a taxi or the underground. Train was clean and cost £22 one...More

Advertised heavily as taking you into London in just 15 minutes, the walk from terminal 2 was 20 minutes, the wait for the train 14 minutes and then a further delay of 7 minutes. So I was 40 minutes down before the train even arrived!...More

This is the quickest way to get to Central London but as with everything in London it is expensive. Saying that as a business traveller it is cost-effective and comfy.

This is a heavily advertised nonstop rail service between Heathrow and Paddington. Whether you should use this depends on a few factors: (1) If you can book 90 days in advance, you can get a cheap rate; (2) If you are arriving or departing from...More

I've been using Heathrow Express since it opened and I've never had a failed journey. I travelled out & back on two days recently for a meeting and to 'meet & greet' a friend: the trains were clean, well patronised and on time. They are...More

Tube is approx 25% of the price of the Heathrow Express. In reality, unless you need to intend to finish your journey near to Paddington I think it’s marginal in terms of time saved. Too often the Express runs late / slow or stops on...More

If you buy your ticket 90 days in advance, the price is £5.00 each way. Buy on the day and it will set you back £22.00 per ticket. You pay for the privilege of a speedy transfer - unless you can plan in advance.

Walked straight across from Terminal 4 train and conductor instead of asking us to be quick watched the door closed as we were within 1 meter of the train. Disgusting service
