I would advise anyone visiting LONDON to try and get tickets for this piece of history . I feel very honoured to have witnessed this ceremony. You are given a guided tour of the tower and told the history at various locations ( humorously making...More

I found out about this FREE event nearly a year ago. Booked my tickets on line and had to wait until May 2018 to see this bit of English tradition. It was excellent. The ceremony is done every night, and has been for at least...More

Having waited over a year since booking, the evening certainly exceeded our anticipation!. Our Yeoman Warder was informative and entertaining, and his enthusiasm for telling us the history behind this 700 year old ceremony was infectious. Not many places to visit in London are free...More

I am biased because my brother in law. Yeoman Seargent George Brodie is the Yeoman Warder that does the ceremony of the Keys. So I have seen it a lot of times and it is truely wonderful. Not even Hitler's bombs stopped this ceremony from...More

Came here for the Ceremony of the keys which although is a free event, you have to organise tickets months in advance. A very interesting insight into an ancient ceremony which has happened every night for the last 700 years. Recommended

This is an amazing thing to witness and it is said to be the oldest military ceremony in the world, it has never been cancelled or postponed for HUNDREDS of years back to the middle ages possibly, not even during the war! The Tower wardens...More

This is a fun, unique experience. Enter the Tower of London after it is closed, and watch the nightly ceremony intended to ensure the safety of the Tower. Only about 25 people are allowed tickets to this event, so you need to book at least...More

I am sorry to say when people don't turn up their spots are not used & the group is smaller, they book about 1 year in advance and pay 1 pound to reserve they place so why not turn up ?? isn't a shame.
