Unfortunately, I can only echo and confirm Telall’s experience below of a very rude manager, which is a terrible shame considering the beauty of the gardens and grounds, as well as its historical and community value. It worries me that such a rude and unfriendly...More

Used this venue for funeral reception on two separate occasions. The building and grounds are stunning and it is lovely setting for any kind of reception or party. The buffet was excellent and the staff were just amazing. I would highly recommend this venue.

Had a very pleasant walk around the park. There aren't many flowers but the trees are beautiful. Don't miss the Spike Milligan bench. There is a kiddies playground and a small café.
