Nice looking pub area, but toilets not been cleaned in several days - blocked pipes, papers and liquids on floor (Gents and Ladies), over-flowing bins, smell of neglect. No change even an hour after reporting to disinterested staff at over-manned bar. Not overly busy, so...More

This pub had such a good reboot about two & a half years ago when it was refurbished. It doesn’t seem to have been cleaned since. Whilst it used to have a more esoteric crowd in there before the Chelsea games, it seems to have...More

Went to a gig in the basement of the pub - nice venue, decent range of beers. Not quite sure where they got the toilets from as they are very low to the floor! Very similar to those you’d find in a children’s school... Happily...More

A handy venue as a precursor to those attending Stamford Bridge and then also for post-match analysis after battle has ceased. The same reasons for attending the pub can also be said for those attending the theatre upstairs. Situated on a quiet residential street, it's...More

We came here during a short break to London because they hold an open mic night most Wednesday nights. The open mic was fairly quiet on the night we went, but the people were very friendly and we had a good chat with the barman...More

The pub is, of course, under the excellent Finborough Theatre, so there's a a ready-made clientele for imaginative food and drink. If only. When we arrived for a matinee the food on offer, apart from the odd packet of crisps or pork scratchings, was zero....More
