This tiny pub is a delight. Lots of interesting beers on tap - not big brewery stuff. An interesting menu and all dishes come as either small (enough for me) or large for the larger consumer I guess. And then there's the music! Thursday, Saturday...More

We had two ‘Anglo-Indian pies, one scrambled paneer, green peas and makhani sauce, the other a sublime chicken tikka masala, with a couple of beers. When I arrived I was disappointed that there was no steak and ale but when we tasted the pies, they...More

Always have a great time in this cosy little pub. It serves great food, has fab live music, is family run and is always a great atmosphere. If only it was closer to home, this place would definitely be my favourite local!

I had a lovely welcoming when arriving at the Gladstone today. I ordered the Lollypop chicken and I must say it’s the best think I’ve tried in a very long time. Want to give Amy the chef a well done!!!
