After a walk round Hampstead Heath, it is lovely to walk up the hill to Parliament Hill Fields to feel the wind in your face and to enjoy the best view of London short of going up the Shard...this one is free!

This is the Southern most part of Hampstead Heath. There is an adventure playground for young children as well as a huge staffed paddling pool. The cafe nearby is superb. If you walk up the hill the view into London is amazing.

This place is an open vast land , about 100 meter above the sea level, in Hampstead Heath, London. There is a Bowling Green; a playground; an athletics track, and a view point from where you can watch London's sky line and many prominent buildings...More

This is the first time I have visited and walked to the top of Parliament hill. It was well worth the climb the views are spectacular and on a clear day you can see for miles. Their were hundreds of folk and families enjoying this...More

Great view on top of the Parliament Hill with a lake below where one can have a nice view of the birds and ducks and have a picnic. Steep walk up but great exercise for hound and human alike. It's really vast and we didn't...More

The view over London is amazing. This place is kind of a hidden gem. The best time to take pictures is one hour bevor sunset.

There are limited car parking facilities on the Heath and you have to pay for them. At the weekend you may be able to park on the streets around the Heath especially near Kenwood. As far as parking facilities on the Heath... More
