There is much to admire about the environment that has been thoughtfully created - wild flower meadows, nods to the Olympic Games, organically-shaped outdoor furniture, distinct zones of flora, tree lined avenues, open spaces. It has all added to it quickly becoming an iconic London...More

Visited the Queen Elizabeth Park for the sole reason of seeing the “Shrouds of the Somme” art installation / memorial. This was my first visit since the closing ceremony of the Olympic games; the park has moved one since the games with much new development...More

Fantastic place, only had couple hours to spare in Stratford so just explored the paths and canals walkways. Beautifully laid out flower beds. Will deffo spend a day or two exploring rest of Park in spring, may even have a go on the "Slide".

Found this very touching and heartfelt. Lovely volunteers and felt the battle numbers displayed heart wrenching. Very touching where people had laid a poppy for an individual.

A very moving exhibition that commemorates the (more than) 70,000 men who died in the First World War battle of the Somme, whose bodies were never found. Its on until the 18th. See it if you can.

Went for a business meeting and I could not have wished for more. Meeting in executive suite was luxurious, food was amazing. Staff were all great. Our excellent host even took me pitch side. The place has so much history even though in its infancy....More

Love this place gets you away from the touching of shoulders as your pact tight in London. A bit of relaxation in a hectic world...Can't grumble about that.
