Great theatre with some very good productions. Genesis Inc was marvelous, cleverly mixing serious topics and laugh-out-loud humour. Being a bit smaller this place gives you a chance to sit closer and really see the facial expressions of the actors. Only downside was that the...More

We frequent this theatre regularly and are never disappointed. All of the performances I have seen here have been great. Beautiful performances, helpful staff, reasonable prices and wonderful to have a theatre so local. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning soon.

You can be very close to the circular stage here and able to see the actor's facial expressions which adds to the experience of intimacy. Indeed even in the 2nd row we were only about 5 feet from the performance. However the theatre is not...More

Been religiously going to this theatre since 2014. Sometimes twice a month, and have seen almost all of their productions. They are great! It saddens me, that after 4 years of going, the micro-aggressions still present, and the now experience of my child who attends...More

Dont be put off by first impressions of the exterior and foyer of this theater. If you arrive early on a wet dark winters night as we did, the impression is one of gloom and a need for decoration and refurbishment. However from then on...More

We go to this theatre to every performance and the majority of the plays range from outstanding to good. Prices are cheap especially for seniors for matinee performances and in the experimental theatre downstairs

On the plus side, the quality of shows staged at Hampstead Theatre are generally quite good, and ticket prices are reasonable for London theatre - I paid £32 and the view/sound was fine. There is a good bar, and there was a 10% discount offer...More

I went to this theatre a couple of times. Like a few places in London they offer low price tickets and sometimes have offers for everyone under 30, which helps a younger audience to acess theatre and art. They have a wide range of plays,...More

It's quite relaxed and informal at this theatre and I can only speculate that if you spot a cast member after the play, you would get your programme signed. I have never stayed after the performance.

Not certain, I'm 6 1 and had enough leg room although I must say the seats could be more comfy. The view though was superb in this lovely little theatre. If I was super tall I'd get an aisle seat.
