I went to this theatre a couple of times. Like a few places in London they offer low price tickets and sometimes have offers for everyone under 30, which helps a younger audience to acess theatre and art. They have a wide range of plays,...More

Theatre is near Swiss Cottage so very easy access. Spacious foyer with opportunity to have a snack. Good theatre seats at reasonable prices. Helpful staff.

We went to The Slaves of Solitude. We were staying in the Belsize Park area so it was just a 15 minute walk to the theatre. The performance was excellent as was the theatre. We enjoyed this as much as the London theatre shows we...More

Went at saw Prism which was brilliant. Couldn’t fault anything about it. The story was amazing to be drawn into. The lighting, sound & video worked in sync and suited the story. The set design was as close as to the real garage. The actors...More

Terry Johnson, a great playwright and director, has his latest play Prism delighting and educating audiences. The play deals with the cinematographer Jack Cardiff, using a clever structure that reveals many of his associates, loves and talent. A truly wonderful auditorium wIth excellent sight lines....More

The modern concrete building is unappealing. I saw about six plays when friends organised the visits and five plays were poor quality with lots of shouting, swearing and cliches in the scripts. They test out new playwrights and actors without high quality control. Their excuse...More

This was my fifth theatre visit to Hampstead and the one thing that I have come to expect is originality and quality. Prism delivered on all those counts. It is a very clever play that offers a fictionalized scenario of Jack Cardiff's life -- theatrically...More

We spent two nights in London and fancied a break from the West End. Our search revealed Robert Lindsay in Prism so we decided on that from our shortlist. What a truly wonderful theatre, intimate, all seats providing an excellent view, staff helpful and doing...More

It's quite relaxed and informal at this theatre and I can only speculate that if you spot a cast member after the play, you would get your programme signed. I have never stayed after the performance.

Not certain, I'm 6 1 and had enough leg room although I must say the seats could be more comfy. The view though was superb in this lovely little theatre. If I was super tall I'd get an aisle seat.
