I was at the Hampstead Theatre last night for a production of Uncle Vanya which was very good with a really exceptional set (I loved the trees) music and some very good acting. My seat was F15 which was absolutely spot on, being dead centre...More

If you live locally please support this theatre, they put on great productions from first time writers and directors to some very established talent. Most recently took a group of friends to see Lauren Gunderson's 'I and You', a two hander starring Maisie Williams and...More

Front row tickets on a Monday evening performance of The Humans. You did miss the top floor action, otherwise great seats, if a bit uncomfortable, very odd cushioning. The more central you are, the more legroom.

This is a lovely theatre to visit, with a local feel in spite of its proximity to central London. We have seen a good number of plays performed there, which by the very nature of theatre have varied in enjoyment, but there is always an...More

Great theatre with some very good productions. Genesis Inc was marvelous, cleverly mixing serious topics and laugh-out-loud humour. Being a bit smaller this place gives you a chance to sit closer and really see the facial expressions of the actors. Only downside was that the...More

Delightful local theatre with an interesting mix of performances. Pleasant theatre with reasonably comfortable seating. Great cafe, bar and atmosphere complements the entire experience. Worth supporting.

We frequent this theatre regularly and are never disappointed. All of the performances I have seen here have been great. Beautiful performances, helpful staff, reasonable prices and wonderful to have a theatre so local. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning soon.

You can be very close to the circular stage here and able to see the actor's facial expressions which adds to the experience of intimacy. Indeed even in the 2nd row we were only about 5 feet from the performance. However the theatre is not...More

Been religiously going to this theatre since 2014. Sometimes twice a month, and have seen almost all of their productions. They are great! It saddens me, that after 4 years of going, the micro-aggressions still present, and the now experience of my child who attends...More

Dont be put off by first impressions of the exterior and foyer of this theater. If you arrive early on a wet dark winters night as we did, the impression is one of gloom and a need for decoration and refurbishment. However from then on...More

It's quite relaxed and informal at this theatre and I can only speculate that if you spot a cast member after the play, you would get your programme signed. I have never stayed after the performance.

Not certain, I'm 6 1 and had enough leg room although I must say the seats could be more comfy. The view though was superb in this lovely little theatre. If I was super tall I'd get an aisle seat.
