This older church is fairly small but boasts some very good acustics. This church has some great choir concerts well worth the visit.

Came here for second year in a row to see Nigel Shaw & Carolyn Hillyer perform their magical earthy music. The space inside lends itself perfectly to the sounds of Carolyn’s singing and drumming, whilst Nigel’s flutes soared like larks above. Beautiful!! Xx

This is a small but nevertheless attractive church located fairly close to the British Museum. When I visited it was closed and so it wasn't possible to go inside. Exterior still looks pretty good though.

This is a beautiful church that was designed by architect Nicholas Hawksmoor. It is amazingly light and airy, with a classical feel. There is a lot of history here which is not really as well explained as it might have been. There was a (volunteer?)...More

One of the Nicholas Hawksmoor churches built in the early 18th century and described adequately enough by the previous reviewer who only sees fit to give it an 'average' rating, this one was consecrated in 1830. For those familiar with the William Hogarth engraving 'Gin...More
