St. Margaret's Church is part of Westminster Abbey. It is a beautiful building. Worth a look through quickly if you don't mind the crowds.

This is a lovely little church, that can be visit for a couple of minutes. The church is naturally dwarfed by the huge nearby Westminster cathedral.

St Margaret's is dwarfed by Westminster Abbey only in size. Its stained glass is splendid, acoustics sharp and clear, atmosphere intimate and accommodating. No wonder those famous dead are at rest here and all who visit feel at peace. Moreover, if you are near Parliament...More

This church is located opposite Parliament Square in Westminster and is right next to Westminster Abbey. It is very popular with politicians and noted people in society. This is an awesome church to visit and look inside. Best underground station would be Westminster Station.

Well worth a visit if you enjoy visiting churches, this is a little gem. Interesting tombstones with odd inscriptions. Some important people buried here. No entry fee, which was a bit of a relief after the Abbey. Great spot to visit. Recommended.

Most of the tourists are going to pass this one by. It is in the shadow of Westminster Abbey, which is of course glorious, this is rather more intimate. More a place of prayer and reflection than the Abbey perhaps? There are many noteworthy memorials...More

Our guide suggested visiting St. Margaret's Church for a few minutes before going into Westminster Abbey. It's a beautiful church that's free to visit.

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
