A great way to see the sights of East London from both street level and above , quiet and bright with friendly and knowledgable staff - and you can use a bus pass

We invested in Oyster cards years ago and have never regretted it. Everywhere needs to pour money into public transport, tax private car owners (and I’m one) to subsidise public transport which ideally should be free. The DLR is more like a theme park ride...More

Great system to get from dock lands to the city. Comfortable ride in clean carriages. Just remember the long walk at bank.

Excellent service from London City Airport. Walk from airport to train in 1 minute. About 22 min to get into the City and way cheaper than a taxi. Use a tap on credit card. Clean and efficient.

Considering how extensive the locations of where the DLR reaches, it's great value to use this mode of transport. The carriages are clean and managed by a member of TfL, which is reassuring for passengers. It is quick and offers stops at many key locations.

We jumped on at Tower Gateway (can use contactless to pay just like the underground). The train didn’t have a cab at the front, so choose the front seats for an excellent view of the dock lands area, Canary Wharf and the O2 arena (Millennium...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
