I am not sure how this situation has come about but, other than the retail outlets, mainly on the ground floor, and the cinema at the top, this place is depressingly empty, with lots of 'shut up' shops. This does not lend itself to a...More

Except for a newspaper listing I would not have known that there was a cinema at an upper floor of the old Whitely's building. It is very handy to the tube and shops if you are in the Bayswater neighborhood and provides a good cinema...More

It is always full of people but just because it is on the corner of two main streets. The staff not good. Feel sad and want you to quickly order and go away. Even they do not make the coffee as good as other Costas....More

The place sadly has seen better days. There’s a Costa Coffee at the entrance and went to the cinema there to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Cinema was okay but some spoilt brat kids ruined the viewing for others, making noise and couldn’t sit...More

We were very excited to see there was a mall near our hotel on our recent trip. We were disappointed once we got there, however. Not many stores in this mall, the movies were unbelievably expensive. Don’t waste your time.

Run down and on it’s way out, you can find an odeon, Costa and Starbucks, m&s, sports direct, toys are us, H&M and next as well as a few additional shops. The building is beautiful but would certainly not recommend Whiteleys as a tourist attraction.

Shame it is half empty. This could be a great shopping center away from the crowds. Still has a few shops though.
