Jason's Trip is the original Regent's Canal tour and has been operating since 1951. Jason is an authentic 100+ year-old canal boat which was originally used as a cargo-vessel on the canals before being fitted with a diesel engine and converted to passenger-carrying duties. The tour runs between Little Venice and Camden lock. It takes about forty-five minutes. On the trip from Little Venice up to Camden there is a live commentary from our trained guides who will tell you all about the canal's history from 1800 to the present day. There is no commentary on the Camden to Little Venice trips.

This was something we really looked forward to doing when we visited London. We got the tube to Warwick Avenue, we arrived by the canal @ 11:50am, and queued for the 12:30pm boat. The boat arrived @ 12:25pm, the organisers took a large group that...More

An impromptu decision to go on this trip from Little Venice to Camden, but a great one. Was a little slow to board and it’s not cheap (family of 5 nearly £50) but a delightful meander down the canal accompanied by fascinating commentary on what...More

The operators were very impatient for passengers. Recommend to take a boat from another company. Because they are established they take the customers for granted

Absolutely fab trip on a very busy Sunday. Had pre-booked (would advise depending on time of year and weather) saved queuing in very hot weather. Live commentary was brill - very informative and delivery was light hearted and pertinent! Would highly recommend.

Amazing little trip on a the oldest boat in the canal. The tour isn't expensive, yet you get much for your money.

I’d never seen the Regents Canal and am very glad I chose Jason’s Trip for a ride/tour. Jason is a beautifully maintained 100+ year old boat, with a cover but open sides, staffed by a pilot and a guide. There are a number of other...More

Prior to visiting London our party had heard about the “Little Venice” area of London and determined to see whether it was as good as indicated it was. It is! What a wonderful area of London, just outside the Paddington Station and set in tranquil...More
