Couldn’t resist the opportunity to run on the common when staying in Wimbledon - much publicised common area, conveniently crisscrossed with paths and roads. Some paths clearly marked not for cycles.
Variety of grass- some short mown, other areas allowed to grow long.
Nice big place to make sure that you walk in nature and get lots of exercise. Many places to go and the duck pond was extremely child friendly. We visited on a bright sunny day. This made the visit quite special.
Love this place for running round. So many different routes to try and very peaceful. On Saturday and Sunday there is limited parking so get there early. Public toilets, water fountain and a cafe for stopping off before or after your run!
