This tour was fun and price was good. The tour guide, Amy, was very engaging and enthusiastic about the Jack The Ripper content. The group was huge on a Friday evening, so be sure to stick close to the front to hear the guide better....More
What a fab tour , guide was brilliant.l think his name was Alex ?
He was full of facts and could answer a lot of questions. He ensured that the pace

Amy, our tour guide, did an excellent job! I really enjoyed the tour. She was dramatic and engaging and pulled the whole story together. However, our tour group was too large. I would suggest capping the size of each group. Amy navigated the group well,...More
The guide knew the material quite well, however she talked to fast and there where too many in the group so it was difficult to hear her well enough. The projected images were nothing like the promotion picture, they were just pictures of victims and...More
A worthwhile tour, polished delivery and very interesting. The photos/projections add a real sense of horror and for that alone this tour was unique.
Took around 3 hours but was an easy walk. Recommended
There are several companies doing similar tours in the same area at the same time, most of the time within earshot of others. Some of these groups are very large, making for that “cattle car tour” feeling. My tour guide talked very rapidly, and was...More
Although this is a Jack the Ripper tour with gruesome detail of the events - I found all of the ancillary details about London life in this era far more interesting. Seeing the old photos projected on the walls and walking through the old neighborhoods...More
While the tour was very interesting and informative, it was our guide Jamie who made the tour for us. He was quick witted, hilarious and not only knowledgeable, but passionate about the subject and the legend.
He did a good job of trying to differentiate...More
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a
cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
I don't think that should be a problem. When I took the tour we only walked in streets and on sidewalks, nothing too narrow or steep. Some were cobbled streets, but we didn't walk in any steps or stairs. Enjoy the tour!
