    Delightful Station
Lovely London station. Clean and bright unlike most European stations that are littered with butts. Clear directions provided to platforms and different lines. There were lifts and escalators available at all sections. Roving uniformed staff were delightful and informative especially GWR. There was a good array of food stores and seating for those waiting for trains. I have travelled on over 30 regional trains on this holiday and Paddington was near the top for stations.

Rude customer service assistant fronting first class lounge.
Good customer service from the disabled assistance. Unfortunately we encountered a very rude first class lounge assistant upon our arrival at 11.55am. She's definitely in the wrong job for front facing customer service considering the price of first class tickets with GWR. If you need anymore information on our experience I would welcome you feedback.

    Special Special assistance
We travelled on the Riviera sleeper from Paddington to Penzance and needed special assistance for my husband. The team there are exceptional and a big thank you to Muhammad who allowed us into the lounge early because my husband really needed to rest. The lounge which Queen Victoria used as her waiting room was lovely, interesting, comfortable and the hot chocolate was delicious. The station itself was very clean with plenty of shops and Paddington photo opportunities. On our return again the special assistance team were there to meet us off of the train they really are special assistants.

    LIFE SAVER LOST PROPERTY
I left my mobile phone in the gents toilets near platform 1 . The phone was found by an employee named BAV and handed into Lost Property. If you ever read this BAV then please know that what you did that day really meant a lot to me. I left 20 pounds for you with your colleagues at lost property and I hope you got that money. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

    Beautiful station but rude staff
Beautiful and clean station, however rude staff. As a solo traveller who hasn't been in London in 5 years, I got confused by the poor signage. I asked for indications twice, one staff member was not very helpful and just slightly rude, the second one was incredibly rude to me and treated me badly for no good reason at all. I'm sure not all staff members are like this, however it's not good to treat people who simply ask for clarification and help so poorly. It's their job after all and I have always been polite.

    Paddington sculpture
We only came to Paddington Station to see the Paddington bear sculpture and the Paddington bear shop! The Paddington bear sculpture is situated right on the platform so it was very busy. We were able to get a photo taken however. The Paddington bear shop is at the other end of the station. It is a very small shop but contains everything 'Paddington bear' as you can imagine! As a train station, it is very spacious with a range of shops and cafes.

    Lovely Station!
This well connected station has lovely vaulted ceilings and fine details. The Paddington Bear statue - outside - is charming and next to an open canal with canal side restaurants. The Paddington Bear shop is has all the bear related content that your heart can desire - save for the jam sandwiches ;)

    Well Run BUSY Station
Wonderful station - first class lounge is first rate. Could use more seating in general areas. Toilets clean and well kept in both first class and station - though these are a little out of the way if you're just changing trains. Good selection of shops and eateries. Staff very helpful.

    A Simple Train Transition
Bustling with activity and passengers heading in and out! Head upstairs for Uber or Taxi services, but you will need to lug your bags up two flights of stairs. They might have an elevator but I did not see it. Yes, you can pick up other train lines from here, and if you get confused as I often do when riding the train, there are friendly faces of staff all around to ask! Remember you will need to rub your ticket barcode on the screen to get the gates to open on your entry and exit, have it ready, folk are in a hurry and will quickly ask you to step aside and gather yourself. Welcome to London! Nyri

    Well layered out station
Station is well layered out, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need to pass time away whilst waiting. Toilets are free and staff are very helpful with transport information if needed. Elizabeth line just a short walking distance away from station too

The womens' bathrooms here were horrible. There was a line because you had to pay .50p to get in, but the machine only took a credit card and it wasn't working well. Many of us tried repeatedly. It worked sometimes. Then once you were allowed in, it was just dirty and messy.

Been using this station for forty years or so and there have been changes over the years, all for the better. With the Elizabeth line opening the area around the "smoking area" has improved greatly. Easy access in and out, plenty of departure boards and eateries abound.

We've taken the train to and from Paddington Station. Our visit one evening in early May was just to take in the station from a historical and architectural perspective. Of course, the place was bustling, so we just stepped aside and looked around at the beautiful design elements...the large end screen, the clock, the ironwork, and curve of the arch.

The place was beautiful. The food was delicious and drinks. The staff were lovely. The train times were super clear of what they said. The tolites were a bit nasty. The seats and tables on the Train were amazing.

This was a great option for transportation to and from London Heathrow airport. It was very easy and efficient. There are many lovely hotels within walking distance of the station.

The 1st Class Lounge has deteriorated terribly! The fare to travel is pretty high yet the service level in the lounge continues to be reduced! No sandwiches at lunchtime, you even have to request crisps / nuts (supposed to be offered). Really gone downhill!

I love Paddington Station because the station has it all.

There are plenty of connections to tube, bus, trains and Heathrow Express.

The station itself has everything! You can take a nice wander around WH Smith, pick up chocolates at Hotel Chocolat, grab a coffee from various outlets, pick up a last min present from Oliver Bonas, there is even a free water dispensing machine!

Good to know is that there are toilets (there is a small fee).
