This is an arch bridge across the River Thames linking Battersea with Chelsea. It is situated at a sharp bend on the river and has been the subject of numerous collisions through the years.

Battersea bridge is 125 years old. The wrought-iron and steel cantilever bridge has five segmental spans. With two footpaths, the bridge has a total width of 55 ft. The Arch work of Battersea bridge is great and intricate detailed.

Battersea Bridge is a functional bridge which allows traffic and pedestrians to move from one side to the other. It is good if you want to walk to the Kings Road, Chelsea or go to Battersea Park.
