We found the market too repetitive, there are so many stalls selling the same things, such as tee-shirts, hooded sweatshirts and junk jewellery. Very crowded and busy, it was a struggle to get around. Don’t think we will be going back.

You can find anything in here, it’s impressive. The weirder, the better. World food, streampunk clothes, any king of jewellery and accessories. It was a horse market in the 19th century, I think, because it has an area that were stables. On top of it...More

I can't get tired of this place! There is always something to see, eat or buy here. There is a lot of garbage as well, but that is part of the charm

What’s not to love huge range of market stalls, entertainment and food, you can spend hours in here and still want more

We thought of markets like Portobello Road, Petticoat Lane or a 1970’s Kensington type Market. Oh no, lots of touristy tat along with stalls selling similar if not the same clothes. Disappointed.

The actual market is very poor selling shoddy goods and there is a lot of fake gear. Go further up the road to Camden lock there is a lovely market there that is well worth a visit

I went to Camden Market for vacations of October and it was AWESOME! Camden is a punk district where many persons are wearing strange clothes and incredible haircuts. And the cherry on the cake was the markets and their decorations on the walls like big...More

A London legend, Camden market with its mix of stalls, street food stalls and general London tat is always a must if you want to experience a true taste of London. Not on the cleanest street, Camden market is full of energy night and day.

This famous North London market offers something for shoppers, visitors and tourists alike. There are stalls offering all kinds of goods but it’s the atmosphere and the buzz that make it special, as well as the approach to it past some very eccentric shops and...More

I do love Camden. I like the atmoshphere, the shops, the food, the clothes. I could easily spend all of my money here buying everything I see. It's worth coming here to see what bargains you can grab and what new things they have to...More

I lived in London thoughout the sixties and seventies and Camden market was a fabulous treasure trove as was Carnaby street where I used to sell IT and Oz. No longer, both have been taken over and commercialised within an inch of their life. It...More

The market is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily so it doesn’t matter which day you go. 😊

My advice would be to use the public transport it is reliable and numerous stops near the market. The weekend can be busy in Camden Market but as previously said it adds to the atmosphere.
