Buckingham Palace serves as both the office and London residence of Her Majesty The Queen. It is one of the few working royal palaces remaining in the world today. During a visit to Buckingham Palace, visitors can see the nineteen magnificent State Rooms, which provide the setting for ceremonial occasions and official entertaining. All rooms are furnished with many of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection. A visit also includes entry to the special exhibition, A Royal Welcome.

One of the things you need to see if you're in London but you only need to spend 5 minutes there and then you're done. There's no interaction, once you've seen it, you've seen it. It is very grand, granted.

I was a nice place to stand in front of the Palace and see the famous balcony where the Royals come out and way the changing of the guards are a neat thing to see

If you're in London for a holiday, this attraction is definitely worth a visit! The area does get very busy, but St.James' park is very near, which is a lovely area to sit down and have a picnic! I would recommend and return!

We managed to squeeze in various sites around London in one day. The atmosphere was amazing along with the views. Buckingham Palace was lively with a parade and lots of tourists. I love London!

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
