Overview
More
The Grand National at Aintree is perhaps the most famous horse race in the world, with up to 600 million viewers across the globe tuning in to see records smashed and legends born. With 40 runners and riders competing annually, this spectacle is as much about the build up and the pleasure of placing your bets before the race begins, as it is about cheering along with the boisterous crowds during the ten minutes of spellbinding action. Whether your horse triumphs or falls at the first hurdle, you cannot help but get swept away by this memorable drama. You'll find yourself raising a glass of bubbly to the winner - whoever crosses the finishing line first!

It partially covered and does get very busy. There are lots of food and drink stands. I would not recommend taking young children.
