The bell tower is surmounted by a gilded weather vane in the shape of a ship. Still called the Sailor's Church. The beautiful garden used to be the only licensed burial ground in Liverpool for over 600 years. This site is drenched in history.

A lovely church with an enormous history. It was hit with a direct hit during the blitz . All that was left standing was the walls and the tower. Rebuild completed in 1952.
