We were sold expensive tickets to the Castle (by the Cathedral shop) only to find that the lift to the battlements was out of order and that the Magna Carta was not on display. The Castle itself is interesting.

It’s short and sweet and a weird video at the end that makes little sense. Not as good as Warwick castle for getting children captivated sadly.
