I love the Brayford Pool area of Lincoln. There are several restaurants down this end of town, all facing the water. In summer it makes for a wonderful stroll around, looking out at the bobbing boats floating on the water. Lots of choice for food,...More

Nice place to stroll around if you are visiting Lincoln. There are lots of bars, restaurants and hotels, and the place is buzzing at lunch times and in particular in the evenings

Good selection of bars and food outlets as well as nice views and boat trips on offer. Hotels right on the waterfront too. Nice for a stroll or a movie or a bite to eat.

There are a few bars and restaurants in the area which on a nice sunny day would be worth visiting but on a rainy day not so much. We took a boat trip which helped in the visit

Lots going on in this area of Lincoln. Places to eat, drink, and sit outside watching the small boats and barges go by. Walks along the canal edge and canal trips.

Virtually every building is a franchised restaurant, so has nothing original or interesting. However, it does provide facilities for eating outside, away from the busy roads and the view across the quay is pleasant enough.

In recent years Lincoln has undergone a wholesale makeover. Bradford Wharf (Pool) has become a centre for a vast array of food and drink outlets. Wagamama, Prezzo, Wetherspoons to name just a few. If you can’t find something good to eat here, you are hard...More
