Beautifully kept gardens on the side of the hill overlooking the valley below and across to the hill beyond. Pathways take you on an easy journey around the arboretum, passing various areas of interest including a tiered fountain, and down to a lake with bridges....More

After reading they £3 milllon had been spent on this arboretum, we travelled 40 miles, really looking forward to seeing and learning. Disappointed to say, that in our view, it was a typical city park - will kept and clean. We were hoping for more...More

When the weather is blistering sunshine as it has been recently the Arboretum is a nice, green park in the middle of Lincoln. A great place to sit and relax in the sun and not too far from the town centre.

nice park in the middle of lincoln. good place to meet up with friends for a picnic. just by the college its always busy. i think they close it at night for safety as the area isn't the best
