The Y theatre is just opposite the Leicester Rail station. Not extremely big , but not too small either . Well maintained . There's drinks and snacks available in the lounge . Clean toilets too .

Recently watched Backlash Strictly Ballroom at the Y and it's a lovely little theatre. Not much legroom where we were sat (balcony row A) but didn't spoil our night. There's also a small bar for interval refreshments. Hope to watch another show there soon.

There's not many theatres like this one left. Although on the small side, the Y is a traditional playhouse, with good views no matter where you sit and excellent accustics. (Sorry if that spelling's wrong)

What a little gem of a place, small but perfectly formed. Had a good view even from the back. Will be looking at what's on there as would visit venue again. Close to the train station.

Lovely little theatre, in the centre of the shopping district. Easy walking distance from the train station. Don't worry if your seats are not near the front, you will still have a great view even if sitting on the back row.

Just enjoyed a thoroughly good evening at The Y in the company of T Rextacy and would just say that if there's a production on that you like the look of then the one thing you won't complain about is the venue. Lovely little theatre!

A lovely time in a small, intimate and well looked after theatre. Lots of things going on and a good space to meet friends.
