Even though I have lived in Leicester all my life I have no been in here. But we had friends from America who we took. We all loved it. And it was free. Will go again soon. Great staff too

Now this building was the best experience of our day in Leicester. We didn't even know it was there. The kids, young and old, thouroughly enjoyed this gorgous medieval building. We loved discovering the little staircases, the police cells and differnt rooms. The little kids...More

This stands right close to the Cathedral and is a very historic building. Entry is free. Visitors are able to do a tour from room to room, reading about the history and admiring the various artefacts. The Mayor’s Parlour and the Meeting Hall are particularly...More

This is a free visit right next to the Cathedral, but I do think if you like it please put a donation (same as cathedral). Historic, some surprises, and well worth supporting by just going in. Go on! Good info for children too.

What a terrific place to visit in the city centre, the small museum presented a short insight into the city.s history and then you get a chance to go inside the rooms of the guildhall and from here you can get a sense of that...More

Off a little alley next to the cathedral this magnificent example of a mediaeval building was a joy to see in itself, but added to that the exhibition was engaging too.Free entry as well!

Interesting old historical building with a small museum area. Usually free entry and worth seeing if visiting the Richard III centre and Cathedral nearby.

Visited as part of our interest in history, a wonderful "hidden" treasure just down the side of St Martins - I bought the guide book, (£1.00), which was filled with really useful information - the building and library are Stunning and the staff very helpful...More
