What to say that isn’t already in the reviews. Cash only, but worth taking some as location is beautiful. Choice outstanding for a little log cabin by the lake. Plenty of seats and tables. Lots of photo opportunities and a loo! Quaint teacups and teapots....More

Popped in after a walk up the fell. Beautiful sunny day so wanted a cafe with outside seating near the lake and away from the noisy Grasmere traffic. This place is ideal. Ordered a pot of Grasmere tea and a tub of ice cream. Typically...More

A wonderland outdoor cafe with spectacular views and the best scones we have ever tasted with a very refreshing pot of tea served the old fashioned way and with China cups!
